Dustin serves as the Director of Administration at Camber Wichita, where he provides respectful and inclusive leadership across the facility. In this role, Dustin oversees interdepartmental coordination and manages workflows that support daily operations, ensuring teams have the structure and resources needed to focus on care for children, families and caregivers.

Dustin brings more than 12 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a background rooted in operational management and team collaboration. His work focuses on creating efficient systems, strengthening communication across departments and fostering an environment where staff feel supported in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Dustin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from Friends University. His education and professional experience equip him to approach administration with both strategic insight and a people-centered mindset.
