- About Us
Kelsea Parker serves as Executive Director at Camber Children’s Mental Health in Hays, KS. She oversees the multi-disciplinary team ensuring the highest level and quality of care is provided to the children and families they serve.
Prior to her role with Camber, Kelsea worked for five years in long-term care serving the elderly population. She has worked as a Nursing Home Executive Director for Ascension Living and Azria Health. During her former roles in nursing home administration and leadership, Kelsea gained experience collaborating with medical directors, senior living professionals, residents and their families. She has ample experience in operations, development, and customer service along with achievements in increasing revenue and financial performance, improving processes and implementing organizational goals.
Kelsea received a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and received a master’s degree in Health Sciences in Healthcare Leadership from Bellarmine University.
Kelsea holds professional nursing home licenses in Kansas and Wisconsin as well as Certified Nurse Aide and Certified Medication Aide certificates.
