Marlayna Hargitt, BSN, RN
Marlayna Hargitt, BSN, RN, is the of Director of Nursing Practice and Operations at Camber Connect. She oversees nursing practice and operations across Camber Connect, guiding interdisciplinary teams, supporting high-quality patient care and fostering an inclusive environment for all patients, families, and employees.
Marlayna has been a cornerstone of the Camber community for over 13 years, most recently serving as Executive Director at Camber Children’s Mental Health in Hays, Kansas. Her journey began with an Associate of Science in Nursing from North Central Kansas Technical College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University. Over the years, Marlayna has held progressive roles including Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Site Director of Nursing, and Safety Crisis Management Instructor, always leading with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
