Traci Spangler
Traci has over 30 years of experience in the housing and building industries, including an extensive background in contracts, purchasing, construction, inspections, service, and closings. She came to Camber in 2022 as the Office Manager in Wichita, and was responsible for a variety of tasks, including Hospital Compliance, coordinating Safety Meetings and monthly reporting, and the Wellness Program Coordinator.
In 2024 she was promoted to Operations Manager and also started supervising Reception, Medical Records, Facilities, Culinary, and Housekeeping. She oversees all facility operations, repairs, and upgrades. She is a member of the KVC Wellness Committee, the KVC System Wide Safety Committee, and is also part of the Wellsky Change Advisory Board. Traci is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality and the International Facility Management Association.
