Sharla Martinez, BSN, RN
harla Martinez, BSN, RN, serves as Associate Director of Nursing for Camber Children’s Mental Health Wichita. In this role, she oversees the nursing department to ensure they have the training, education, tools, and resources they need to provide exceptional care to Camber’s clients. She also makes sure all standard policies and procedures are being followed and that the hospital is maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies.
With over 17 years of experience in nursing, Sharla brings great expertise and knowledge to Camber’s nursing department and treatment approach. She has been with Camber since 2019 and previously served as a Charge Nurse and then a Nursing Supervisor. Prior to Camber, Sharla spent 12 years working in addiction and mental health services in community treatment settings. She also has experience working with the geriatric population in skilled nursing rehabs.
Sharla is a licensed practice nurse. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and an associate’s degree in nursing from Butler Community College
