Dr. Shilpa Agraharkar is a dual board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. She earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Agraharkar continued at NYU where she completed her residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship. She previously served as faculty at NYU and Bellevue Hospital, where she served as the Interim Director and Associate Director of the Children’s Comprehensive Child Psychiatric Emergency Program. She has also worked as a consultant psychiatrist for the Administration for Children’s Services for New York City’s youths in foster care. She is passionate about acute care child and adolescent psychiatry. At Camber Children’s Mental Health, Dr. Agraharkar is working as a telepsychiatrist on the child and adolescent inpatient unit.
