Faun serves as Director of Program Services at Camber Wichita, where she empowers milieu staff to support patient growth and safety while strengthening employee and patient engagement. Since joining last August, Faun has become a force for positive change within the Milieu Department.

Faun holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College. She brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood development and extensive expertise in building and supporting high-performing teams through data-driven best practices, with past roles including Registered Behavioral Technician, Kindergarten Teacher, and Director in Early Childhood Learning. Faun is driven by her passion for building better teams and her dedication to children’s mental health.
