Arianna Holland, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Arianna Holland is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Camber Mental Health in Wichita, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to youth receiving inpatient treatment.

Ari’s journey with Camber began as a charge nurse, where she spent two years supporting clients and leading care teams. It was during this time that her passion for youth mental health—and her commitment to creating a safe, healing space for every child—deepened. Today, she continues that mission as a provider, delivering individualized care that meets clients where they are.

Before specializing in psychiatry, Ari worked as a registered nurse in both the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and post-operative care, giving her a strong foundation in medical and surgical nursing. She brings over eight years of nursing experience to her current role.

Ari holds a master’s degree in nursing from Graceland University (2023) and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Newman University in Wichita (2016).

“I decided to pursue psychiatry because my family owned a group home for mentally disabled veterans. Growing up, I helped care for our clients, which inspired me to enter the field of psychiatry. I enjoy working for Camber Mental Health, as I can make a difference in my community by providing care and education to our youth and their families about the importance of mental health care. My goal is to help reduce the stigma associated with seeking mental health treatment by providing quality and informed care.” — Arianna Holland, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
