Brynn Fowler serves as Executive Director of Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Services at Camber Children’s Mental Health Kansas City. In this role, she co-leads this facility with a strong focus on oversight of residential treatment operations and leadership of strategic planning and interdepartmental projects. She also manages projects with the compliance, quality assurance and scheduling teams. Brynn has administrative oversight and responsibilities supporting all departments at this facility.

Starting her career with Camber as a Milieu Manager, Brynn oversaw direct care staff, the Camber Academy, and psychiatric residential treatment services in Kansas City. She also served as Associate Director of Program Operations and Director of Administration where she gained expertise in healthcare operations, licensing/accreditation and project management. Prior to Camber, she worked in the behavioral health field as a Program Supervisor and Department of Child Safety liaison at Arizona Children’s Association.

Brynn is certified in National High Fidelity Wraparound Training. She earned a bachelor’s degree in child, adult and family services at Iowa State University and a master’s degree in social work from Capella University. Brynn is also currently an adjunct professor for the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare.
