Brynn Fowler, LSCSW, LCSW
Brynn Fowler is the Senior Director of Operations and Compliance for Camber Children’s Mental Health. In this role, she provides support and oversight of operations, compliance, and facilities management for Camber’s hospitals and residential treatment programs in Kansas City, Wichita, and Hays as well as new projects.
Starting her career with Camber as a Milieu Manager, Brynn oversaw direct care staff, the Camber Academy, and psychiatric residential treatment services in Kansas City. She also served as Associate Director of Program Operations and Director of Administration where she gained expertise in healthcare operations, licensing/accreditation and project management. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director, overseeing residential treatment operations, strategic planning and interdepartmental projects. She also managed projects with the compliance, quality assurance, and scheduling teams while having administrative oversight and responsibilities supporting all departments at the Camber Kansas City facility.
In these roles, Brynn has become specialized in healthcare operations, licensing/accreditation and facilities project management. She has gained experience developing procedures, monitoring strategic plans, and leading multi-faceted teams to ensure children and families receive quality care.
Brynn earned a bachelor’s degree in child, adult and family services at Iowa State University and a master’s degree in social work from Capella University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Kansas and Missouri. Brynn is also currently an adjunct professor for the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare.
