Faun serves as Director of Program Services at Camber Wichita, where she provides leadership, ensures quality care, and oversees treatment programs for children. Faun joined us last August, and since then, she has become a force for positive change within the Milieu Department. Faun has over 10 years of experience in early childhood development and in building and supporting high-performing teams through data-driven best practices.

 

Recently, she worked in Harvey County to found and lead a multi-agency coalition to support early childhood professionals through monthly training, community events, and networking, enhancing local impact and cross-organizational collaboration.

 

Faun holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College. Faun’s passion for building better teams and her dedication to children’s mental health make her a perfect fit for this position.
