Camber Mental Health

Jennifer Gutierrez, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer Gutierrez is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving clients at Camber Mental Health. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University (2022), Jennifer brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care that reflects both clinical expertise and deep compassion.

In their current role, Jennifer assesses, diagnoses and treats patients who are navigating mental health challenges. As a bilingual provider fluent in Spanish, she is dedicated to providing accessible, trauma-informed care that centers on each individual’s unique experience and strengths.

Before stepping into the provider role, Jennifer served for several years as a charge nurse and floor RN at Camber, helping to create safe, supportive environments for healing. She also gained valuable experience in outpatient care, treating children, adolescents and adults across a range of diagnoses. This path—from bedside nurse to advanced practice provider—equips Jennifer with a holistic understanding of the care continuum and the critical role that every team member plays in supporting clients’ progress.

With six years of nursing experience and three years as a mental health nurse practitioner, Jennifer brings both skill and purpose to her work. She is driven by a commitment to reducing stigma, increasing hope and helping patients access the care they deserve.

“I’m motivated by compassion and connection. Everyone deserves to be met with empathy and treated with dignity. My goal is to provide holistic, client-centered care that not only treats symptoms, but honors the whole person.” — Jennifer Gutierrez, APRN
