Marlayna Hargitt, BSN, RN
Marlayna Hargitt is the Director of Nursing at Camber Children’s Mental Health Hays where she oversees all aspects of nursing care, coordinates with other departments and disciplines to ensure high-quality patient care and program improvement and maintains compliance with regulatory bodies.
Over the past nine years, Marlayna has served as a Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, and most recently Nursing Supervisor at Camber Hays. She has been a Safety Crisis Management Instructor since 2018, providing training to new and seasoned employees. Marlayna received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fort Hays State University.
